Godaddy retires support for SOPA. We start moving out from GD
As Godaddy, the largest domain registrar in the world, showed it's support for SOPA initiative and now pulling back because of millions of angry users we can only stand that they aren't puling back because of a change of mind but because a strategy to keep supporting SOPA in the shadows to keep their customers.
We will still be moving the most of our domains out of GD and will talk to each one of our clients about the migration. This is a measure of strenght to stop these initiatives like SOPA to limit everyone's expression over the internet.
Sorry Godaddy, too little, too late.
